"Maaf Pada Pelanggan Yang Datang Untuk Makan Tengahari, Tetapi Alhamdulillah Makan Malam..." - Chef Wan Dah Buka Pintu Restoran

17 April 2019 menyaksikan pembukaan rasmi restoran Chef Wan yang diberi nama De. Wan by Chef Wan yang terletak di The LINC KL.

Dalam satu entri di Instagramnya, Dato' Chef Wan atau nama sebenarnya Redzuawan Ismail berkongsi kisah hari pembukaan pertama restorannya.

"Alhamdulilah tonight dinner despite being full house we managed to serve everyone within 15mins to 20mins unlike Lunch time today where its like 12.30pm its gate crash and the guests have limited time to rush back to their office and many had to wait just too long.

"Both kitchen and front were not bringing the food on time," keluh Chef Wan tentang waktu makan tengahari.

Menurut Chef Wan mereka sudah mengenal pasti kenapa ianya terjadi dan untuk waktu malam, mereka memastikan semuanya disediakan lebih awal, dua jam sebelum waktu makan malam.

"No last minute ingredients need to be prep as they were short of this and that which caused the much delay," tulis Chef Wan.

Beliau juga memohon maaf kepada pelanggan yang datang ketika waktu tengahari, tetapi bersyukur dalam tempoh yang singkat, makan malam berjalan dengan lancar dan dia mampu meninggalkan chef-chef lainnya melakukan tugasan mereka sendiri.

Both kitchen and front were not bringing the food on time. We also discovered why it happened and tonight we make sure we cooked everything in bulk 2 hours before dinner. No last minute ingredients need to be prep as they were short of this and that which caused the much delay. We appologised to all our guests at lunch but tonight with such a short time so many things are running so smooth and beautifully that i could leave all my chefs to work independently in the kitchen while i even become a waiter serving everyone with less stress and in fabulous mood too. As always its all about trial and error we always learned from our mistake or shortcoming quickly. One thing i am so proud is my entire kitchen team and front had worked so hard from 8am till 11pm non stop tonight and they really have done well by rectifying the problems we had at lunch so quickly.Bravo guys!??❤

"As always its all about trial and error we always learned from our mistake or shortcoming quickly," tambah Chef Wan lagi.

Chef Wan turut berbangga dengan team di bahagian dapur dan hadapan yang bekerja keras dari pukul 8:00 pagi hingga 11:00 malam tanpa henti untuk memastikan tiada lagi masalah yang sama berlaku.
