Atilia Pernah Tak Nak Bersukan Sebab Risau Berat Badan Turun

I was never flexible. I was the laziest girl in school when it came to sports. I only did sprints and that was because they finished quick. I had asthma, a very bad back n was always sleepy n tired. I didnt want to do any sports because i was afraid of losing weight. Its very hard for me to put on weight (yes thats a problem) I couldn’t even donate blood cos i was always underweight. So in school i only yayyed for things like dikir barat or main kompang. Sweating was only when i danced to Bobby Brown in Piccadilly. I was the oldest elephant in ballet class so i quit after 3 months. After finishing college my diet consisted of instant noodles, sleepless nights of writing and cigarettes of course. Then one nite i had to sing n I couldn’t breathe n couldn’t even hold a short note. I thought i was dying. I was 30. I tried YOGA. 16 years later, today i think that was one of the best decision i made. Mind u i hated my 1st yoga class cos I vomited right after, whole body was in convulsions and couldn’t find my way home (the studio was just 3 mins away) but then i thought to myself, hmmm if 1 class could do that......I should push myself for the 2nd. Loved it! Its still a journey for me n im happy i got a few to be hooked on it too. Yoga in Malaysia now is everywhere.
