Tunku Ismail dan Che Puan Khaleeda melangsungkan perkahwinan pada 24 Oktober 2014 dan dikurniakan dua cahaya mata, Tunku Khalsom Aminah Sofiah dan Tunku Iskandar Abdul Jalil Abu Bakar Ibrahim.
