Unless you've been living under a rock, you would probably heard of 'Squid Game', the Korean series that took the world by storm recently.
And judging by how the first season ended, fans have been clamouring for a second season.
Well, your wish is the creator's demand.
Despite most Korean series run for just one season, Hwang said the show's overwhelming success left him with no choice but to come up with a second season.

"There's been a lot of demand and pressure and love for a second season.
"It almost feels like we don't have a choice. The next season is in my head right now," he was quoted as saying in the report.
However, don’t be too overly excited because Hwang said the second season is still in the planning stages and it's "still too early to say when and how it's going to happen".
"But I can promise this. The main character, Gi Hun, will be back and do something for the world," he added.
A spokesperson for the streaming site confirmed to CNBC that they are indeed discussing a season two, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
But considering that 'Squid Game' has been occupying the top spot on the streaming platform's top 10 rankings of its most popular shows for weeks and 111 million global subscribers had watched the series, it will be quite dumb for Netflix to turn down a second season, right?
Guess we'll just have to wait a bit longer for the good news.
