For the first time in 13 years, Chelsea will return to Malaysia for a friendly match against Johor Darul Ta’zim on 11 August.
Based on a report, the match between JDT and the English Premier League club will be held at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Johor. It is understood that the match is part of Chelsea’s preparations for the 2026–2027 Premier League season under newly appointed manager Xabi Alonso.
Tickets for the match are priced from RM154.

Chelsea director of football operations Pete Nuttall said the club is delighted to include the fixture against JDT as the final match of their pre-season tour.
Meanwhile, JDT chief executive officer Luis Garcia said the match is “a milestone” for the club and reflects JDT’s growing stature in Asian football.

- Category A (Orange Zone): RM654
- Category B (Grey Zone): RM454
- Category C (Blue Zone & Fans Active Zone): RM254
- Category D (Red Zone): RM154
Do note that a convenience fee will be applied per ticket purchased. The match between Chelsea FC and JDT FC will take place on Thursday, 11 August, with kick-off at 8 PM.
