This is WORQ’s newest, and most considered, space yet. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels calmer, more deliberate, and somehow less “office-like” than what most of us have come to expect. Here’s what makes it stand out
A coworking space that feels human
WORQ Well is Malaysia’s first coworking space with a WELL Coworking Rating, and while that might sound technical, the impact is very real. Think better lighting that doesn’t destroy your eyes by 5 PM, comfortable temperatures, good acoustics, ergonomic setups, and air quality that doesn’t leave you sluggish by mid-afternoon.
Set within Aspire Tower, WORQ Well accommodates up to 500 members, yet it never feels overwhelming. Instead of squeezing every inch into hot desks and meeting rooms, the space breathes. Light-filled work areas, quieter corners, and intentionally designed zones make it easy to switch between focus mode and collaboration without stress.

There are dedicated areas for focused, heads‑down work when you just need to get things done, alongside open collaboration zones that encourage conversation and idea‑sharing without feeling chaotic. Meeting rooms are thoughtfully positioned, so you’re not constantly dodging noise or foot traffic, and there are quieter corners when you need a bit of mental breathing room.
We spent a good part of the day working from the hot desk area, and it was far more comfortable than we expected, largely thanks to the ergonomic chairs by TTRacing. The chairs offered solid back support and just the right amount of cushioning, making long screen sessions feel noticeably less taxing on the body. Paired with spacious desks and convenient plug point access, the hot desk area didn’t feel like a temporary setup at all, it felt perfectly viable for a full workday.

Despite spanning over 34,000 square feet, the space never feels overwhelming or crowded. Everything feels intentional, like the layout was designed by people who understand that workdays are rarely one mood. Some days call for deep focus, others for teamwork, and WORQ Well adapts easily to both.
Work, move, reset, repeat
One of the best things about WORQ Well is how it encourages a healthier rhythm to the workday. You’re not just sitting for hours on end. You can step out, reset, take a breather, or move between different areas depending on your mood or workload.
The most talked‑about feature is, of course, the full‑size swimming pool. It’s not there for show, it genuinely changes the emotional tone of the space. Just knowing you can step away, reset, or take a proper break shifts how the workday feels.
The seating areas around the pool double as relaxed breakout spots, perfect for informal catch‑ups, quiet thinking time, or even answering emails in a calmer setting. It blurs the line between work and rest in a way that feels intentional, and surprisingly productive.
Beyond that, WORQ Well includes a range of dedicated wellness facilities designed for moments when your body needs a proper reset. These include a massage room, napping pod room, a games room equipped with a PS5, as well as sauna and steam rooms, though it’s worth noting that the sauna and steam facilities are currently available only to ladies, as they are located within the female restroom area.
We also got to experience a massage in the wellness room, and it felt like exactly the kind of feature you don’t realise you need until you try it. Tucked away from the main work areas, the room is quiet, dimly lit and genuinely calming, a sharp contrast from the usual pace of the day. The massage itself was straightforward but effective, focusing on relieving tension. It’s the kind of reset that leaves you feeling lighter and more focused when you return to your desk, rather than sleepy.
Perfect for hybrid life
Location-wise, WORQ Well hits another sweet spot. Being part of KL Eco City means seamless access to LRT and KTM stations, which makes it especially appealing for hybrid workers and teams spread across the Klang Valley.
The convenience makes flexible work arrangements feel genuinely doable. You can come in for a few hours, a full day, or specific meetings, without battling traffic or planning your life around parking.
For members across WORQ’s network, the All Access add-on means WORQ Well isn’t exclusive to just one crowd. Teams can drop in to meet clients, brainstorm, or simply enjoy a change of environment when they need it most.
The openness of the space also plays a big role in how easy it is to connect with others. The common areas are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making them natural spots to strike up conversations, whether it’s over coffee, between meetings, or while taking a short break.
Adding to that sense of community is a physical community board that highlights upcoming events, workshops and sessions, some hosted by WORQ Well itself and others organised by members or external collaborators.
