We have more good news for those who love making complaints.
The Road Transport Department (JPJ) of the state of Kelantan will continue its special WhatsApp line for the public to send in complaints.
According to Utusan, the department's director Mahasan Mustapa said this is because of the positive feedback from people when the line was introduced during the recent Hari Raya Aidilfitri season.
He said the feedback proved that road users take the rules and regulations set by the authorities very seriously.

Mahasan also shared that from the complaints through the WhatsApp line, about 200 summonses were issued, mostly involving violating traffic lights, overtaking at double lines and using the emergency lane.
All the complaints are managed by the JPG headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and road users can call 013-4498997 for further enquiry.
