Hyundai Completes Sketching The New i10, This Is It

Yes, it’s a looker, but what concept car isn’t? The sketch you’re looking at is the next-generation Hyundai i10, which appears to have ditched the nondescript design for something that is seemingly dynamic.

In all honesty, this Hyundai i10’s design looks busy. It has wide front grilles that integrate the DRLs, just as its predecessor did. By the way, the predecessor never arrived here. The front bumper incorporates dramatically-styled triangular air curtains to make the hatchback appear wider. Hyundai said that this feature would also improve the car’s aerodynamics.

Squinty and sweptback headlights, and the hump on the bonnet give the Hyundai i10 a reptilian appearance. However, we’re not sure if the green influenced that opinion. Although it’s not clear from this sketch, Hyundai mentions the X-shaped C-pillar is visible from far away. And in the midst of it all, the logo is mounted on the pillar.

As for the interior and creature comfort features, this i10 will come with Blue Link, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging and a rear-view camera. In the areas of safety, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Lane Keep Assist System and the optional High Beam Assist will go on duty in the upcoming i10.

This Hyundai i10 is scheduled to make an appearance at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, which is in September. We’ll see then just how much of the sketch makes it to the real world.
