Man Hides Away An Acura Integra Type-R Behind A Wall For Investment
People do weird things for money, let’s all agree on this. With that said, what this one Canadian did for this investment might seem a bit much. In a bid to keep his Acura Integra Type-R in its current form and let it appreciate in value, this Canadian has built a room for this car.
The room isn’t built from scratch, mind you. He places the car under covers and stashes it in a corner of his barn. Then, he built a wall without doors or windows to seal off the car from prying hands and eyes, and perhaps the temptation to drive it.
The Integra Type-R isn’t in mint condition. The seller admits that the two-door coupe has a little dink and provided pictures to prove it. Nevertheless, the car is still desirable as it is only one of 250 Integra Type-R that was brought into Canada with red seats. In fact, someone has offered him C$7,500 (about RM23,732) just for the seats, but the offer was rejected.
There’s not doubt that the value of classic Japanese sports cars have been and still is on the rise. And if you have one, maybe it’s a good time to build a secret vault to store your legend of a sports car.
