Pekin Ibrahim Packs A Rare Volkswagen Golf R32 In The Next Roda Panas Episode

Before the Volkswagen Golf R was a thing, the Golf R32 was the hottest hatchback in its day. It does not have a turbocharger, but it doesn’t need one. Having a 3.2-litre V6 under its hood will make hairs on any petrolhead stand on end. And the fact that Volkswagen didn’t make many of these hot-hatches adds to the desirability of owning one. Well, it turns out that Malaysian actor Pekin Ibrahim has one of only 10 in Malaysia.

Mohd. Iznan Ibrahim, or better known as Pekin Ibrahim, has starred on hit movies such as Bunohan, Hantu Kak Limah Balik Rumah and Munafik. Pekin details the modifications he has done on the R32 and shares some advice on how not to go overboard in the process. Knowledge of the vehicle, he believes, is critical to not over-tune a car.
