If this was a typical year, Shell’s petrol station wouldn’t be the first place of choice to buy your juadah for Buka Puasa. Instead, you’d be heading down to your favourite Ramadan bazaar to take home dinner.
However, a typical year this isn’t, and small-time F&B owners who usually ply their wares at the bazaars now find themselves without income due to the MCO. Shell is lending a helping hand by allocating space for these small F&B businesses to operate.
From now until 23 May 2020, you can take away your Nasi Campur, Nasi Beriani, Asam Laksa, Kuih, Murtabak, Bubur Lambuk and drinks at 950 Shell stations across the country. You can also make it a combo meal when you purchase any Shell Select and deli2go snacks and beverages.
During the period as mentioned earlier, 100 Shells stations have partnered with foodpanda to deliver said combo meals to customers’ doorsteps. A 30 per cent discount, with a minimum purchase of RM15, is applicable for all Shell Select items on Pandamart by using the promo-code ‘SHELLRAMADAN’.
By buying from these F&B owners at Shell, you’re really putting food on two tables. Think about that.
