Volkswagen Malaysia Have Opened The Appointment Book For Scheduled Service Maintenance

Extraordinary times calls for extraordinary understanding. One by one, car companies are extending warranties so as not burden owners. This is the way. Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is now doing the same. 

Volkswagen Malaysia will honour the warranty for cars that are unable to meet the scheduled service maintenance during the MCO. For now, VW owners are encouraged to register and book an appointment on Volkswagen’s website. A representative from Volkswagen will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements. It is important to note that the appointment has to be made within 30 days after the MCO is lifted.

To sweeten the deal, Volkswagen will be giving away merchandise to owners who registered during this period. Additionally, owners who are not redeeming their free maintenance service and those who are not Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP) members get an extra RM50 engine oil voucher. Owners who are entering their fifth year of ownership are encouraged to register for the VCP programme to reap its benefits.

On a separate note, Volkswagen have also launched their virtual showroom. Aptly called the Volkswagen eShowroom, one can still browse and buy a VW vehicle during MCO. If you do purchase a Volkswagen this way, you can enjoy exclusive online deals not found in physical stores. These deals are also extended to Volkswagen’s flagship store on Lazada.
