Abang Hensem Henry Golding and Uma Thurman to Join ‘The Old Guard’ Sequel

Anyway good or not, we’ll watch anything with him in it *hehe*. ‘The Old Guard’ followed a covert team of immortal beings that fight to keep their identity a secret while simultaneously protecting humanity from existential threats.

They will be joining a star-studded cast that includes Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngo, and Chiwetel Ejiofor who are set to reprise their roles.

The sequel will be directed by Victoria Mahoney, after Gina Prince-Bythewood previously stepped down from the role.

Our Malaysian boi Henry Golding’s rise to fame has been meteoric since first appearing on the silver screen in ‘Crazy Rich Asians’. It’s amazing to see the list of A-listers that he has appeared with just continue to grow, which of course, makes us Malaysians proud as few have made it to such levels of stardom.

He has previously displayed his acting chops opposite Blake Lively, Matthew McConaughey and Colin Farrell to name a few. Wah, he seriously next level already.

Uma Thurman of the Kill Bill saga fame is of course, a legend in Hollywood, being the muse of the director of the series, Quentin Tarantino. As of now, their roles in the film yet to be announced.
