Ben Affleck Completes Alcohol Addiction Treatment

Back in January, Warner Bros. announced that Ben Affleck would be stepping down from directing the next Batman film but the reason the actor gave at the time was kinda vague.

“Performing this role demands focus, passion and the very best performance I can give. It has become clear that I cannot do both jobs to the level they require,” Affleck said.

And now, we know why.

The award-winning director recently revealed on his Facebook page that he has completed his treatment for alcohol addiction.

His kids are undoubtedly his greatest motivation in his struggle to fight this personal battle. It’s great to see him back to his regular daddy duties. And we can't wait to see him in the next Batman movie!
