BLACKPINK’S Jisoo & Actor Ahn Bo Hyun Confirmed to Be Dating

Korean media news outlet Dispatch is always known for exposing relationships between Hallyu stars and they’ve done it again: Blackpink’s Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun are officially confirmed to be in a relationship.

According to their exclusive report, the two have been dating since at least May 2023. The two were seen together in the Yongsan district of Seoul, where Jisoo lives in the months of May, June, July, and even on 1 August. This was during BLACKPINK’s busy schedule with their world tour.

Ahn Bo Hyun would drive himself to Jisoo’s apartment and they would have their dates there. An insider disclosed that as Jisoo is a member of an internationally renowned girl group, they had no other choice as their dating locations were limited.

Ahn Bo Hyun’s drama ‘See You in My 19th Life’ in which he played the male lead just finished airing and even though he was busy with his filming schedules, he would make sure to visit her at her house. He would show up to her apartment in comfortable clothes and bring take-out food for the two to eat together.

The insider also disclosed that despite the fact that there weren’t many days that Jisoo was in Korea due to her hectic schedule, Ahn Bo Hyun still coordinated his own schedule to match hers so that they could be together.

According to Koreaboo, ‘The two share many similarities, from acting, singing, and even fashion. They are continuing to meet each other with good feelings.’

Jisoo’s agency, YG Entertainment have issued a statement on this matter, “They are getting to know each other little by little with good feelings. We would appreciate it if you would keep a warm eye on them.”

Meanwhile, Ahn Bo Hyun’s agency FN Entertainment has also confirmed the news with their own statement: “Ahn Bo Hyun and Jisoo are in the stages of getting to know each other with good feelings. We hope you look over them warmly.”

After she starred in the JTBC series, Snowdrop, fans have previously shipped Jisoo with the show’s male lead Jung Hae In and have even speculated that the two were dating in real life. The 28-year-old maintains an extremely busy schedule as BLACKPINK is currently on a world tour and they have toured 33 cities in 22 countries.

35-year-old Ahn Bo Hyun is a rising actor who first shot to fame in Itaewon Class and has had male lead roles in My Name, Yumi’s Cells, Military Prosecutor Doberman.

This is the first time that the popular K-pop idol has gone public with a relationship. Her fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie has previously gone public with EXO’s Kai in the past and has been linked to Big Bang’s G-Dragon and BTS’ V.
