It is a rare chance to watch NCT DREAM and WayV on the same stage as although they are both sub-units from the South Korean boyband NCT as the groups typically do not perform together.
Both groups also recently had their comebacks. WayV, which stands for ‘We Are Your Vision’ is managed by SM Entertainment's Chinese sub-label, Label V. Five members of the C-pop group will be performing including Kun, Ten, Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang. They debuted in 2019 with the digital single album ‘The Vision’ and bagged the Best New Asian Artist Award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards that same year.
Regarded by Billboard as ‘one of the most successful co-ed K-pop acts to ever exist’, KARD is an abbreviation of different ‘cards’ assigned to each member – BM with the ‘King’ card, J.seph the ‘Ace’, Somin the ‘Black Joker’ and Jiwoo the ‘Colour Joker’. They debuted in late 2016 with the single ‘Oh NaNa’ and subsequently made waves throughout Asia and internationally with their hard-edged pop tracks.
Seven-member girl group ALICE, formerly known as ELRIS, consists of Do-A, Yeonje, Yukyung, Sohee, Karin, EJ, and Chaejeong who has been designated their own nature element in the group which is heart, wind, water, sky, forest, star, and moon, respectively. ALICE made their debut in 2017 with the release of their first mini album ‘We, first’ and is known for hits including Pow Pow and Summer Dream.
