It's been two years since the last 'Fast & Furious' movie hit the cinemas, and if you're a huge fan of the series, you'll definitely feel that something is missing from your life.

Two years without Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Ludacris sure seem like a long time, right?

But fret not; there's a 'F&F' movie coming out soon that is sure to plug that hole in your heart.


‘Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw' (or just ‘Hobbs & Shaw’ for short) is a spin-off movie that will focus on the two characters from the franchise famously portrayed by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Jason Statham.

Ever since good-guy-turned-bad Luke Hobbs (Johnson), a Diplomatic Security Service agent, and bad-guy-turned-good Deckard Shaw (Statham), a former British military elite operative turned mercenary, first came face to face in 'Fast & Furious 7', they have shared an intense dislike towards each other.



However, when a cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba) gains control of a deadly virus that could alter the future of humanity, the two sworn enemies must now team up to take on the one man who might just be “badder” than themselves.


To make matters more complicated, their love-hate relationship is joined by a fearless rogue MI6 agent Hattie (Vanessa Kirby), who happens to be Shaw’s sister.


'Hobbs & Shaw' is set to open in Malaysian cinemas on 1 August, but if you can't wait any longer, our friends at United International Pictures are giving you a chance to catch the movie a few days before everyone else.
