‘Explosive and Hilarious’: Malaysian Film Industry Reacts to Abang Long Fadil 3

Jangan cakap Abang tak payung because Abang Long Fadil is back with a third instalment that sees Zizan Razak reunite with his Jozan partner, Johan. The film held an exclusive premiere for media and industry players on Friday and was met with an overwhelming reaction from fans at KLCC grounds.

For the third movie, Abang Long Fadil escapes the world of gangsters and mafia just to accidentally land himself a job in espionage. Together with Alice (Elizabeth Tan), the two are tasked to defeat Chow Han (Johan) before he successfully steals advanced technology capable of seizing one’s nation.

Abang Long Fadil 3 also features a star-studded cast including Maya Karin, Kazar, Khir Rahman, AC Mizal, Daniella Sya, Ozlynn Wati, Joey Daud and Shuib Sepahtu.

The attendees at the exclusive premiere event reacted positively to the movie, as a few of them mentioned the parallels between the movie and Austin Powers.
