Fans May Never Be Able To Watch ‘Black Widow’ As Film Is Expected To Be Postponed, AGAIN
A tonne of films had to be pushed back or postponed due to COVID-19 or lockdowns including the highly anticipated film ‘Black Widow’.
Black Widow’s standalone film was slated to release in May 2020 but was postponed to later that year and then postponed once again to 7 May 2021.
However, given the current situation of the pandemic, it looks like we won’t be able to catch Natasha Romanoff on the silver screens anytime soon.

Will we ever get to watch ‘Black Widow’?

According to Comic Book, the film is expected to be delayed once again based on recent reports.
America is still struggling to bring COVID-19 cases down therefore it would be a big challenge to get people to fill cinema halls.
And if the vaccination does not happen anytime soon prior to the release, there’s a big chance for it to be postponed for the third time.
Will Natasha's story ever be heard? If this keeps happening, there would be a big possibility that Marvel will be moving ‘Black Widow’ to its streaming platform, Disney+.
"A year delay, you hope would be enough, there's a vaccine out there now. We'll see. I certainly hope so. I want to be back in the theater with people,” Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige told Comic Book.
Well, since we Malaysians don’t have access to Disney+ yet, let’s hope the pandemic slows down so that theatres can reopen.
But, it wouldn’t hurt to bring Disney+ to our shores sooner than expected, right?
