The Front Cover Of A New Batman Comic Book Was Designed By A Malaysian Artist
It is no secret that Malaysians are a talented bunch, and we've seen a fair share of Malaysian artists making a name for themselves on the international stage.
Be it drawing portraits using normal everyday stuff like chopsticks or a basketball (shout out to you, Red Hongyi) or painting gorgeous pictures with coffee, these artists have undoubtedly wowed the world with their artistic talent.
We can now add another Malaysian to the list, because he just designed the cover for a new 'Batman' comic book.

Quah announced the awesome news through a post on his Facebook page on Thursday (19 September):
According to Quah, he got a phone call from his manager a couple of weeks ago, telling him that the world-famous comic books publisher is bringing him onboard for a cover opportunity, "the biggest news of my career", he wrote.
To his surprise, he was commissioned to design the cover of a Batman comic book.
"14 years waiting for my opportunity to draw for DC and they gave me Batman.
"It is a good story to tell my future grandchildren," he wrote in the post.

According to DC Comics, the 'Tales From The Dark Multiverse' line reimagines notable events from the DC Universe, but down a “dark and twisted path”.
The stories will be told by some of the company’s most talented writers and artists, which include Scott Snyder, Kyle Higgins, Javier Fernandez, Jeff Loveness, Brad Walker, Andrew Hennessy and Lee Weeks.
Congratulations, Mr. Quah! After 14 years of grinding, you totally deserve it.
