Your dream of becoming a Jedi is (partially) coming true.

If you've always dreamt about wielding a lightsaber in a Star Wars movie, we have some really, really good new for you!

Everyone's favourite movie studio Disney is reportedly looking for people to appear in the still-untitled ninth Star Wars film.

Casting agency Elite Casting made the announcement via a Facebook post last week:

According to this website, the producers are looking for both lead and supporting roles as well as stand-ins, extras and photo doubles.

So who knows, you could be the next great Jedi Master or - gasp! - Sith Lord!

In order to qualify for the audition, you have to be at least 18 to 45 years old. Then, you must have legal eligibility to work in the UK entertainment industry because filming will reportedly be carried out at London's Pinewood Studios.

Oh and also, you must be free next year because that's when flming of the movie will reportedly start.

So, if you're in the UK - or know of a friend who's there - this is absolutely your calling!

One of these guys could be you.
Star Wars Episode 9 will be directed by J.J. Abrams, the same guy who also helmed Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.

Imagine how cool it would be to have a Malaysian Jedi in the film, right?
