It looks like the upcoming ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ reboot starring Margot Robbie seems to be on the entertainment news radar every other week.

From Johnny Depp’s exit to Amber Heard’s potential casting in the franchise, comes another report that’s bound send shocking waves across the high seas.

Robbie’s on-screen lover in ‘Suicide Squad’, Jared Leto, is reportedly in talks to star in the reboot.

According to Express UK, a Hollywood insider says that Margot is apparently “looking to team up” with Jared Leto once again.

If things work out, would their chemistry be able to help salvage the reboot that’s from Depp’s fans that have voiced out their intention to boycott the film.

No word on what role is intended for the 30 Seconds To Mars frontman yet, but many are speculating that he’ll be taking on the iconic role – Jack Sparrow.

Leto may just be a good fit to be the next Sparrow considering his looks but can he ever top Depp’s original portrayal of the titular character?

The new reboot is set to have a more ‘girl-power’ narrative and will reportedly premiere in late 2021 or early 2022.

Well, only time will tell on how this reboot will eventually turn out.
