Lindsay Lohan Just Lost Half Her Finger In A Boating Accident

It appears that she was “trying to help anchor the boat” she was on by herself. The missing bit was found eventually and she was immediately taken into surgery. The 30-year-old actress later uploaded an image and a video of her bandaged left ring finger.

According to TMZ, Lohan was enjoying her day in the ocean off Turkey when she tried pulling up the boat’s anchor. She ended up getting tangled in the anchor and was dragged down into the ocean. The boat’s anchor had sliced the tip of her finger and she recovered the missing bit on the deck of the boat.

Just by hearing her account of the incident is already giving us the chills but it appears that Lohan didn't seem too fazed by her injury as she could still upload a selfie on her Instagram with the caption “One handed selfie” followed by a hashtag referencing the Mean Girls movie.

Yesterday was a day to remember for Mean Girls fans as it was October 3, whereby Aaron Samuels asked Lindsay Lohan’s character in the iconic scene “what day is it?”. Good to know that Lindsay still remembers this scene. Well, we'd like to wish her all the best and hope she has a speedy recovery!
