If you’re a big fan of Mamat Khalid’s films, you’ll be delighted to know he’s back with a new title – ‘Manap Karaoke’.

The film, initially scheduled for a cinematic release, is now available online on Astro First (Astro CH 480) since 7 May, making it the first Malaysian film to do so.

In ‘Manap Karaoke’, you can expect to see a handful of familiar cast members who have starred in previous Mamat Khalid films such as Pekin Ibrahim, Ropie, Sharwani NS, and TJ Isa.

Joey Daud and Mona Allen are the main lead for the film as Manap and Jamizan respectively.

‘Manap Karaoke’ is set in the 90s and tells the tale of Manap who operates a karaoke business that stands out from other karaoke operators – it involves a moving karaoke truck.

Manap and friends.
Although there are many challenges, Manap's business slowly gains momentum as the villagers like the idea of being a star for a while, without having to go anywhere.

Unfortunately, not everyone is keen with Manap's business venture.

So, what are you waiting for? Catch ‘Manap Karaoke’ on Astro First (Astro CH 480) for only RM15 and you can watch it for an unlimited amount of time within 48 hours.
