Fans are anxiously waiting for the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be released following the end of the ‘Avengers’ saga.

And one of the highly-anticipated films is without a doubt, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’.

Not much is known about the premise of the fourth film, with the exception of Natalie Portman returning as the female version of Thor and also Christian Bale joining the cast as the main villain.

We stan Natalie Portman!
But now, we have some exciting news that’s probably every MCU fans’ dream – the whole ‘Guardian of the Galaxy’ gang is set to appear in ‘Thor 4’

Asgardians of the galaxy

According to ComicBook, Vin Diesel (who voices Groot) confirmed the news during an interview with the entertainment site.

“I am waiting and excited for my friend James Gunn to knock this next one out of the park,” Diesel told ComicBook.

"He took ‘The Suicide Squad’ so he's about to embark on it. ‘Thor’ will also -- the director talked to me about ‘Thor’ will incorporate some of the Guardians of the Galaxy."

Can't wait to see their banter.
"That'll be very interesting. Nobody knows. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything," he admitted.

According to reports, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ was supposed to come out prior to ‘Thor 4’, but the plan wasn’t possible due to director James Gunn’s conflicting schedule.

A cosmic crossover between Thor and the Guardians of the Galaxy gang in one film? Sounds like an epic intergalactic adventure!

‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ is set to premiere in cinemas on 5 November 2021.
