Being a celebrity in Hollywood could mean that you’d get fame, thousands or millions of fans, and of course, make an unimaginable amount of money.

Some artists splurge their earnings on cars, real estates, and jewellery.

But for American rapper Lil Uzi Vert, whose real name is Symere Bysil Woods, he decided to get a diamond implanted on his forehead.

Vision, is that you?

The pink diamond allegedly worth US$24 million (RM97.57 million) was paid by the rapper in a series of installments since 2017.

He was apparently smitten by the natural pink diamond weighing close to 11 carats and had planned to have it ‘pierced’ on his face.

On 4 February, the ‘Bad and Boujee’ singer shared a video of him rocking the diamond on his forehead via his Instagram account.

Fans wasted no time in teasing the 26-year-old and some even compared him to Vision from the ‘Avengers’, played by Paul Bettany.

Instagram user @uzicry joked that Uzi was “wearing the last Infinity stone” while other joked that “Thanos is on his way, bruh”.

The rapper finally responded to the hilarious memes and nicknames in a new post with the caption “Love me for who I am”, with a series of photos of him and the diamond.

The last photo in the posting feature a still photo of Vision and Wanda Maximoff from their new show, ‘WandaVision’.

Well, if having a diamond stuck on your forehead forever makes you happy, so be it.

So what would you do if you had US$24 million?
