Seriously? Michael Keaton To Return As Batman?
So, Michael Keaton is here to prove to all of you that Batman truly returns.
(Sorry lah, we could not resist)
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 68-year-old is set to reprise his role as the caped crusader in an upcoming movie on another superhero, The Flash.
The Flash is set to be played by Ezra Miller and filming is expected to begin early next year.
The report said that Keaton's Batman would act as a mentor in the film much like Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.
Not much else has been revealed except that Keaton's people have confirmed that they are in talks for the role.
Any true batman fan will remember Keaton's portrayal of the dark knight in Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992).
For those of you going but, but, but.... we get it. We have loads of questions too.
I mean, it's definitely going to confuse the kids as Keaton most recently played Vulture, the villain in Spiderman: Homecoming.
Also, Robert Pattinson's Batman is also expected to be released around the same time.
So yeah, Batman fans you have loads to look forward to!
