DC fans are freaking out over the profoundly badass official poster for 'The Suicide Squad'.

Tweeting about it this morning, writer and director James Gunn simply wrote "I'll just drop this here. Did I mention that a trailer is coming tomorrow? #TheSuicideSquad"

The villains unite

The new poster features an interesting band of villains and a long list of renowned cast members.

The Squad includes Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Bloodsport (Idris Elba), Peacemaker (John Cena), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Thinker (Peter Capaldi), Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) and many more.

Sylvester Stallone is also set to make an appearance in the movie but we don't know exactly what his role is yet.

Perhaps more details will emerge once the trailer drops on 27 March.
