'Vincenzo’ Will Be Taking A Week’s Break From TV After That Dramatic Ending. Here’s Why
K-drama fans, we know you’ve been religiously tuning in every Sunday for the latest episode ‘Vincenzo’.
The story about a Korean consigliere adopted by an Italian mafia family since he was five became an instant hit thanks to its excellent casting, action-packed drama and unbelievable plot twists.
But it looks like we would have to wait an additional week until we can see oppa Song Joong Ki on screen again.
Hope it’s worth the wait
According to Soompi, the drama’s producers have announced that “After the airing of Episode 16, [‘Vincenzo’] will be going on a one-week hiatus in order to improve the quality of the drama. On April 17, we will be airing a special episode [instead of Episode 17].”Episode 16 aired on 11 April on Netflix. A quick check on the app shows that the 17th episode will air on the 24th and 18th episode on the 25th.
So it’s unclear whether we Malaysian fans will get a glimpse of this “special episode” this weekend.
Following episode 16’s cliffhanger ending, fans are now restless over what’s going to happen next between Vincenzo and Jang Joon-Woo’s camp.
Let’s just hope that it’s worth the wait!
Maybe now’s time to explore other K-dramas while waiting for the next episode of Mr. Corn Salad.
