Wakanda Forever: ‘Black Panther’ Makes USD1 BILLION Worldwide
Still can’t move on from how awesome 'Black Panther' was? Were you one of those who watched it probably two or three more times just so you can ogle at Michael B. Jordan, or just to marvel at the awesome Wakanda and its warriors?
Well, if you did, you might’ve played a crucial part in the news we’re about to tell you.
According to Variety, the latest Marvel super hero movie featuring the Wakandan warrior has surpassed the USD$1 billion (RM3.91 billion) mark globally - in just four weeks!

Black Panther is the 16th Disney movie to achieve this feat and is the fifth Marvel movie to do so after 'The Avengers', 'Avengers: Age of Ultron', 'Iron Man 3', and 'Captain America: Civil War'.
Well, it’s no surprise that Marvel’s latest film has been doing so well because they’ve finally released a superhero movie that the world has never seen before – a film with a melting pot of colourful African cultures.
The film features a 99 per cent African descendent cast members and a villain with the most heart-breaking backstory.
