Wentworth Miller Confirms He Won’t Return For ‘Prison Break 6’ For This Particular Reason
Not too long ago, news of a new season of ‘Prison Break’ surfaced after actor Dominic Purcell confirmed the news via his Instagram, putting an end to years of rumours.
Although the studio hasn’t confirmed ‘Prison Break 6’, fans are eager to watch the return of iconic duo Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows.
Fans are still in the dark about what the storyline will be like for season six or who will star in it but one star has definitely confirmed that he’s not returning.
We know a lot of you were counting on Wentworth Miller to reprise his role but the actor has sadly confirmed that he’s leaving ‘Prison Break’ for good.
A Titular Character Makes An Exit

Via his Instagram, Miller said, “I’m out. Of PB. Officially.”
“Not because of static on social media (although that has centered the issue). I just don’t want to play straight characters. Their stories have been told (and told).
He added that there would be no more Michael for him and “if you were a fan of the show, hoping for additional season… I understand this is disappointing. I’m sorry.”
Fans flooded his Instagram account with well wishes despite being gutted with his departure from ‘Prison Break’.
Now that it’s been said and done, who do you think would be the perfect fit to replace Miller as Michael Scofield?
