You Can Now Watch All Your Favourite Classic Childhood Movies On HITS MOVIES Starting 17 Jan

Rewind Networks today announced the launch of HITS Movies in Malaysia through a carriage deal with Astro, Malaysia’s leading multi-platform content and consumer company.

HITS MOVIES will be available on Channel 401 in High Definition as part of a complimentary preview for 2 months to all Astro customers.

HITS MOVIES joins sister channel HITS, which has been on Astro (Channel 720) since November 2014.

“The launch of HITS Movies on Astro – one of the region’s largest multi-platform content and consumer companies – marks an important milestone for Rewind Networks’ footprint in Asia,” said Avi Himatsinghani, CEO, Rewind Networks.

Movie buffs can enjoy the best blockbuster films ever made from the ‘60s to the ‘90s only on HITS Movies.

Among the films you can enjoy on the channel are hot favorites like ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Sister Act’, ‘Magnificent Seven’, ‘Freaky Friday’ (1976), ‘Mary Poppins’, ‘Teen Wolf’, ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’, ‘Clueless’, and ‘Alien’.

HITS Movies features a carefully curated selection of hit films from Hollywood majors such as The Walt Disney Company, 20th Century Fox, MGM Studios, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures and many more in the future.

You can start watching your favourite movies from Friday, 17 January onwards.
