4 Important Questions We Have After Watching The ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Trailer
'Avengers: Infinity War' left many of us feeling ‘not so good’ and in tears after watching it.
A lot burning questions ensued and fans are now wondering what’s next for the Avengers.
Well, the most anticipated superhero trailer movie of all time, 'Avengers: Endgame', just dropped and sparked more questions about the fate of our desolated heroes.
The trailer was so well-received, it broke the record for being the most viewed trailer in history, amassing a staggering 289 million views in just 24 hours!
So, to prep you up for the movie, here are four questions we found ourselves asking after watching the 'Avengers: Endgame' trailer:
One of the best surprises in the trailer was probably the sighting of Hawkeye because he was conspicuously absent throughout 'Avengers: Infinity War' and just like you, we too wondered if he survived ‘The Snap’. Well apparently, he did and if you guys noticed, the original Avengers team all survived, so we're not surprised he did too.
#1 How Crucial Will Hawkeye and Ant Man Be?

Throughout the trailer, you’ll notice in the earlier parts that Bruce Banner was seen looking dejected while looking at pictures of his fellow Avengers, presumably dead or missing – Scott Lang, Shuri, and Peter Parker were among those showed up on screen.
If you watched 'Ant-Man 2', you’d know that Scott was actually trapped in the Quantum Realm. But somehow towards the 'Avengers: Endgame' trailer, Scott makes an appearance and finds himself at the doorstep of the Avengers HQ.
So, what is going on guys?! Only time will tell.
Carol Denvers a.k.a Captain Marvel is one of the crucial Marvel characters that will probably help save the Avengers and the world. Her appearance is something fans look forward to as she could be the key to defeating Thanos.
#2 Where Is Captain Marvel?

But a lot of you out there may be wondering: why isn’t she in the 'Avengers: Endgame' trailer?
Well, according to an interview podcast with Happy Sad Confused, the Russo brothers told that they wanted to “save her reveal” and she will definitely be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 'Avengers: Endgame'.
It might also be due to the fact that her standalone movie 'Captain Marvel' will be released prior to 'Avengers: Endgame', so they want to keep up the hype and leave fans wanting to know more about her.
Has Thanos retired into a blissful abyss? In the trailer, the titular antagonist turned his armour into a scarecrow as he lives a carefree life now, enjoying the days of tranquility.
#3 Did Thanos Retire From Supervillainy?

Some fans speculated based on the events in the comic books that since he has reached his goal – eliminating half of the universe’s population - he’s now living a pretty normal life, growing crops, and staying out of sight.
If that's true, it'll also mean that he's not going to get as much screentime as he did in 'Infinity War'.
So, that bags the question: is he still the merciless Thanos we once knew? Or will there be a new villain altogether? Now that the Inifinity Gauntlet is destroyed, how does he plan to defeat Captain Marvel and the Avengers?
During the opening scene of the trailer, Tony looks like he’s really in a bad shape and appears to be recording his last message to Pepper Potts. His food and water supply has finished four days ago, and his oxygen supply is running low. He’s literally counting down the hours till death consumes him.
#4 Pepper Potts To Save Iron Man?

In 'Infinity War', after Thanos’ fatal snap, it was unsure whether Potts survived it or not, but given the latest trailer, there is a possibility she did.
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who plays Potts in the MCU, tweeted a picture of herself in an Iron Man (Woman?) armour back in August:
If the Russo Brothers decide to follow the way of the comics, then it's safe to say that Pepper Potts will don the search-and-rescue armour and call herself Rescue.First Look at @GwynethPaltrow's Rescue Armour Suit for Avengers 4.#Avengers4 #GwynethPaltrow pic.twitter.com/U65AwmuYDB— HollywoodNewsIndia (@HN_INDIA) October 23, 2018
So, if Marvel showed that Tony had recorded a message for her, there’s a good possibility that she will discover it and after knowing its contents, she’ll try to locate him and ultimately save him.
What do you think of the theories so far? While we would love to believe all of them, we probably would have to wait to find out what will happen when 'Avengers: Endgame' premieres on 26 April 2019.
Ugh, come soon, April.
