Avengers, assemble one last time!

It's here, guys! The much anticipated teaser trailer for 'Avengers: Infinity War' is here.

After months of teasing and countless leaks from Disney's D23 convention, the almost two-minute, thirty-second trailer has finally debuted on Wednesday.

The third 'Avengers' movie will see Earth's Mightiest Heroes - as well as Guardians of the Galaxy and the Sorcerer Supreme - assembling once again in an attempt to stop the baddest big bad of all, Thanos, from collecting the Infinity Stones and destroying the world.

The All-Star team.
Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige has earlier called 'Avengers: Infinity War' the "finale" of the current Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise, and the mood shows in the trailer.

Gone were the neon, cheerful, funny, playful tones we saw in the recent 'Thor: Ragnarok' movie. Replacing it were lots of dark, gloomy and intense hues, almost unsettling, to an extent.

If you haven't seen the trailer already, you can watch it here:

Super intense, right?

After checking out the trailer, we have some questions that we need answers to:

#1 How did The Vision become human?

The only answer we can think of is that The Vision has the ability of a shape-shifter, something like Mystique from the 'X-Men' movies. It would make sense, considering that in 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron', he created his cape to match Thor's.

#2 Speaking of The Vision, will he die?

Things don't look good for him, that's for sure. In fact, his fate was sealed the moment he was introduced in 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' because, come on, Thanos is actively looking for the Infinity Stones and Vision has one. Right. In. The. Center. Of. His. Head! We don't see how he would survive this. Also, he's never going to get his own movie, so killing him off wouldn't affect the MCU that much.

#3 Is that the Spider Sense in action?

Because we expected it to be more...cool! You know, like tiny lightning bolts on his head.

#4 Why does Tony Stark need an arc reactor?

If you recall, he removed the sharpnel that is piercing his heart, as well as the arc reactor, at the end of 'Iron Man 3'. In 'Spider-Man: Homecoming', he didn't need an arc reactor to power up his suit. So, why does he need an arc reactor in 'Infinity War'?

#5 Is Thor re-creating Captain America's famous scene in 'Civil War'?

Because gaddamit, stop showing off your well-toned, panties-dropping biceps already, jeez!

#6 Who is in the Hulkbuster armour?

It's probably not Tony Stark and here's why: the Hulkbuster lands in a field somewhere in Wakanda, and earlier in the trailer we see Tony Stark battling with the Mad Titan himself on an alien planet, suggesting that Cap and Tony are fighting separate wars on separate planets. If recent Lego set leaks were to be believed, Bruce Banner is the one operating the Hulkbuster suit. Which kinda makes sense, because we saw him tinkering with the Hulkbuster arm earlier in the trailer. Or could it be self-driving, like in 'Iron Man 3' and 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'?

#7 Is the final Infinity Stone located in Wakanda?

We've yet to see the orange Soul stone in any of Marvel's 17 movies to date, so it's safe to assume that the home of the Black Panther is harbouring the final Infinity Stone. Unless they are there for the Winter Soldier, the Black Panther or some vibranium, there's no other reason for Thanos & Co. to attack Wakanda, right?

#8 Will the Guardians of the Galaxy play a big role in this movie?

We know the Guardians will be part of the Infinity War -- bumping into Thor at the end of the trailer confirms as much -- but how big of a role will they play in this movie? There's no sign of them participating in the war taking place in Wakanda or the alien planet Tony Stark is in, suggesting that they might be sitting this one out while building a bridge for the second movie. We suspect that the Guardians and Thor will play a bigger role in 'Infinity War 2' than this one.

#9 Where the hell is Ant-Man?

Did someone step on him during the stampede scene because he was so small nobody saw him?

So, what do you think? Do you know the answers to the questions we have? Or do you have more questions? Sound off in the comments section.

'Avengers: Infinity War' is set to open tentatively in Malaysian cinemas on 26 April 2018.
