It's Official: You Will See John Cena In 'Fast & Furious 9'
As if the 'Fast & Furious' franchise does not have enough muscles.
According to a report by the Entertainment Weekly, WWE star John Cena has signed on to star in the ninth 'Fast & Furious' movie.
The 42-year-old will join fellow wrestler Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and bona fide action star Vin Diesel in the movie, which is expected to be released in cinemas in 2020.

Cena told EW that he's happy to get the chance to star in the movie.
"I give everybody who is attached to the franchise and who enjoys the franchise the promise that you will get my absolute best," he was quoted as saying.
Cena also took to Twitter to share the good news with his fans:

Prior to this, Cena had appeared in leading roles in other movies such as 'The Marine', 'Trainwreck', 'Ferdinand', 'Blockers' and more recently, 'Bumblebee'.
Here's our wishlist though: a 20-minute action scene showing Cena fighting The Rock on-screen. That's all we ask for.
