HIGHLIGHT
A Malaysian Created This 'Stranger Things' Fan Art That Was Handpicked By Netflix
'Stranger Things' fans, are you ready for Season 3? The long-awaited new season is set to premiere on 4 July, that's just over a week away!
To celebrate the upcoming week, Netflix selected a group of artists from around the world, 18 of them to be exact, to interpret different show episodes from Season 1 and Season 2 of 'Stranger Things' in their own artistic ways.
One of them is Malaysia's very own artist based in Penang!
Lyn-Hui Ong created a poster depicting the second episode in Season 2, 'Chapter Two: Trick or Treat, Freak'.

Born and bred in Penang, the advertising and graphic design graduate uses her artistic skills to transform ideas into pieces that are both visually charming and heartwarming.
She is also the co-founder of ForReal Studio and has worked with different publishers, such as Hinkler Books and Odonata Books.
Going through her Instagram feed, we can see that she loves creating fan art of her favourite movies and shows, cat illustrations and comics.
Looking at this surely puts a smile on your face on a bad day, doesn't it?

Since it has been a year and a half since we were last left with the kids of 'Stranger Things' in Hawkins, we recommend you do a quick recap of the last two seasons asap!
The brand new season is set in 1985 Hawkins and it is summer.
School is out, there is a new mall in town and our favourite Hawkins crew are on the approaching adulthood.
As more love stories begin to blossom and further complicate the group's dynamic, the teens now have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart.
Meanwhile, true to the nature of 'Stranger Things', danger lurks.
Now, the town is threatened by enemies old and new. And Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends -- it merely evolves.
Will they be able to survive yet another nightmare and prove that friendship transcends fear?
Stay tuned this 4 July!
