The 2020 Oscars has come and gone, and there were plenty of surprises and of course, some non-surprises.

South Korean movie 'Parasite' made Oscars history by becoming the first foreign film to win Best Picture. Actor Joaquin Phoenix didn't shock anyone by winning the Best Actor award for his role in 'Joker'.

Perhaps the biggest shock of the night came when famous rapper Eminem performed his hit single "Lose Yourself" on the Oscars stage - 17 years after its release.

Ahh, fun times!

According to USA Today, the major 2020 Academy Award nominees in the acting and directing categories received a goodie bag worth a jaw-dropping USD225,000 (RM932,690)!

The entertainment site reported that some of your favourite celebrities nominated in the Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress and Best Director categories will get these bags for free as part of the famed 'Everyone Wins' campaign.

The 'Everone Wins' swag bag has been running for 18 years, and the loot is consolidated by marketing company Distinctive Assets.

In fact, sponsors would reportedly have to pay Distinctive Assets a minimum of USD4,000 (RM16,580) to be included in the swag bag.

So, what's inside the swag bag, you ask? Well, here are some of the most absurd goodies Brad Pitt can expect to find in his swag bag:

1) A 12-day cruise for two on a luxury yacht

When the Genting Dream Cruises is not fancy enough for our favourite celebs.

2) A five-night stay in Waikiki

To be honest, we don't really know where Waikiki is actually located, but we're guessing that it's a super atas destination since Scarlett Johansson, Joaquin Phoenix and Brand Pitt will be vacationing there soon.

3) Brain-sensing headband that translates mental activity into the sounds of weather

It's like a pair of Apple AirPods, but weirder and more unnecessary.

4) Urine collection and analysis system

Your favourite celebrities can now test if they're positive for drugs in the comfort of their own homes.
