This 72-year-old Bodybuilder In China Is So Fit, Proves That Age Is Just A Number
Age is just a number and a 72-year-old man from China has proved that by religiously bodybuilding for the past 37 years!
According to a report in Mothership, Singapore, Yang Xinmin was one of the first ever bodybuilders in China.
The report also quoted South China Morning Post as saying that he was inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"I started bodybuilding training in 1984. Since then, I've competed in over 100 shows, including big shows and small ones. The happiest moments are when I do well in big shows. The first time was when I won the Asian Championship in 1998. That's one of the happiest moments of my life,” he was quoted as saying in the report.

His regime includes eating six to eight eggs for breakfast.
"For breakfast I usually have tomatoes, cucumber, oatmeal, and some chicken breast. I've been eating like this for almost 10 years," Yang Xinmin said.
He also told SCMP that he jogs every morning and does strength training for an hour and a half in the afternoon.
The report also quoted his interview with Chinese fitness media company Change Production in 2018, saying that his regime has helped him to have the best of health with normal blood pressure, normal blood lipids and the "bone density of a 30-year-old".
