Are Pictures Of New PS5 Boxes Filling Up Your Feed? There's More To It Than Meets The Eye
If you've noticed friends and family sharing pictures of their brand new Sony Play Station 5 on social media and rolled your eyes with jealousy or disgust, you've been duped.
Sneaky users have been fooling everyone by posting images of an augmented reality PS5 on their social media pages lately.
A lot of us got conned though because when placed properly, it looks pretty realistic.
Who created the #PS5 filter?
The reach so is amazing and could be a classic marketing campaign.
(even if it doesn’t , it still works)
And it’s done by a random dude.

Just for fun
Meanwhile, the creator of the filter @aroneverything clarified that it was only created for fun."I hope everyone is having a good time with my new AR filter for PS5 box. I have created this filter for fun purpose only, any misuse (sale fake giveaway etc) of this may attract legal consequences for which "ar on everything" will not be responsible.
"I humbly request everyone to use this ethically and responsibly. Thank you and enjoy flouting your virtual PS5," wrote @aroneverything via an Insta Story.
The creator also dedicated on post on Instagram on the filter.
"I am overwhelmed by the response, I hope it helped to put smile on few faces during these hard times," @aroneverything commented.
We're pretty sure it not only put smiles on people's faces but broke a few hearts too.
Just to be clear, the PS5 will only be released in Malaysia on 19 November 2020.
