Next, the Classic Terrine and Cold Platter Station showcases festive artistry with Turkey Pistachio and Cranberry Terrine, Rainbow Vegetable Wrapped Feta Terrine, and the delicate Santa Devil Egg from France. These creations set the tone for an indulgent evening, blending traditional holiday flavours with modern flair.
Adding a playful element to the feast is the DIY Caesar Bowl Station where guests can craft their own Caesar salad and toss it directly on a Parmesan Wheel, a unique experience that combines bold flavours with hands-on fun.

At the heart of the celebration, the Live Carving Station commands attention with oven-roasted Orange-Brined Malaysian Turkey, complemented by New Zealand Braised Beef and Rosemary Australian Lamb Leg, all served with caramelised apple chestnut stuffing and tangy cranberry sauce.

The hot dishes continue the global narrative with hearty Seafood Gumbo from New Orleans, Seared Salmon Fillet with Nantua Sauce from France, and Mediterranean-style Stuffed Apricot and Pistachio Chicken Roulade draped in creamy Tarragon Sauce.
Comforting sides such as Hasselback Potatoes with Orange Cheddar Sauce, steamed baby French beans with almond flakes, creamy polenta, and tri-colored cauliflower gratin add depth to the spread, while Dal Biryani Rice brings a fragrant touch of India to the table.
