IOI City Mall has previously hit the headlines for being set to be the largest shopping mall in Malaysia. It is also known for numerous stores such as the first Malaysian store from fashion brand MLB, the country’s first IMAX with Laser Hall at GSC which is also the biggest cinema in Southeast Asia, and IOI City Farm which even has a petting zoo and aquarium features.

Now, Astro has opened its largest-ever Astro Experience Store in the Putrajaya mall which offers customers the ultimate experience in discovering Astro’s latest range of products and services. Last August, Astro’s first ever experience store opened at Queensbay Mall, Penang and it received a lot of interest from customers.

The store is located on the third floor of IOI City Mall and provides unrivalled space for shoppers to test the full suite of Astro products and experience for their homes and devices on the go. In addition, customers can also enquire about new promotions, and services, upgrade their pack or Astro Box, and so much more.

It opened its doors with a bang for its Grand Opening Day with fantastic performances by local artists Jaclyn Victor and Datuk Syafinaz, lovable mascot appearances, a Meet & Greet with the amazing cast from ‘Projek: High Council,’ and many more fun activities. Euan Smith, incoming Group CEO of Astro was also on hand to officiate the store.
