Avocado Art Might Just Be The Next Big Thing
If there’s one green fruit the millennials are obsessed with, it’s avocado.
You see it in toast, smoothies, salads, burgers and all kinds of recipes because it is jam-packed with nutrients and contains nearly 20 different vitamins and minerals.
This popular superfood is in the spotlight once again. But this time, for a reason that has nothing to do with a healthy diet.
Avocado art is giving latte art a run for its money - in the form of carvings.
The soft and creamy flesh of the avocado makes it a dream to carve - before it turns brown, that is.
It all started with the detailed masterpiece created by this award-winning 26-year-old Italian artist Daniele Barresi who carved an avocado for Amsterdam-based restaurant The Avocado Show.
