Dining with a Purpose, Nobu KL Blends Compassion with Culinary Excellence in Partnership with Food Bank Malaysia

The initiative, which combined limited-time menus and a charity auction, invited diners to take part in a cause that extended beyond the table, supporting communities in need through the simple act of enjoying a meal.

The collaboration saw the world-renowned Japanese-Peruvian restaurant launch two exclusive menus, 6 Spoons of Tuna and Japanese Five Senses, each crafted to celebrate the artistry of Japanese cuisine while contributing to a greater cause.

A portion of the proceeds from these menus, along with funds raised during the Bluefin Tuna Auction held on 9 May 2025, culminated in a generous RM5,000 donation to Food Bank Malaysia.

“This partnership allowed us to channel our passion for food towards a meaningful cause,” said Aron Yii, General Manager of Nobu Kuala Lumpur. “We’re grateful to our guests for joining us in this journey, and we hope this marks the beginning of more impactful initiatives ahead.”

The cheque handover ceremony, a symbolic moment of gratitude and hope, marked the successful conclusion of the campaign.
