Duri-Yay Or Nay? D24 Durian Bubble Tea Is Now Available In Malaysia

Just when the whole hoo-ha about Musang King durian burger was about to die down, comes another abomination – durian bubble tea.

We know you’re probably shaking your head in disappointment hoping that this is all a hoax but unfortunately, the drink exists.

Tealive has recently launched a new line of durian-based bubble tea drinks called ‘Duriang Ria’.

Bubble tea lovers can play a game of tastebuds-roulette by trying out three new variations – Duriang Milk Tea, Duriang Coco, and Duriang Smoothie.

Each Duriang Ria drink is made with real D24 durian flesh and will cost you RM10.90 per regular cup.

We know it’s durian season but what we didn’t know is it’s also the season to put-durian-in-everything-you-can-consume.

Hopefully, this phase will pass on soon because we can’t stand the idea of durian being incorporated into something that shouldn’t be changed.
