Fitness trends are changing as years go by, especially with the emergence of fun runs. You no longer have to be pressured into finishing in the top 10 or getting the best timing. It’s all about having a good time while breaking a sweat, even if you're not into working out.
Sure, there are plenty of fun runs you can participate in but there’s one particular fun run that’ll illuminate your fun workout session – Electric Run.
Dubbed as the “world’s most popular nocturnal fun run”, the AmMetLife Electric Run Recharged returns once again this year on 29 July 29 at Anjung Floria, Precint 4, Putrajaya.
This neon-lit run welcomes participants from all ages and walks of life, so you can bring your whole family to have a good time.
The unique fitness experience will put runners through nine exciting courses such as The Start Line, Hip Hop, EDM, Sugarrush, Polyphonics, Stardust, Disco, Rainbow Road and The Finish Line, or also known as Celebration Stage.
A fun-filled, illuminating set up.
You'll also be part of the spectacular neon-light show as they'll be handing out pixmob bracelets or xylobands - the exact same wristband that lights up at Coldplay concerts. Exciting, isn't it?
This is the closest you'll probably ever get to a Coldplay concert.
The night run will definitely end on a high note as several local celebrities will also be performing at the event.
CUURLEY, Blastique & Amanda Avyanna, SonaOne, and De Fam will be gracing the stage and joining in the fun.
But the highlight of the night is probably this international artist who has a hit single last year with close to 1.3 billion views on YouTube. It’s none other than hip hop artiste, Silento.
So yes guys, you’ll be whipping and nae nae-ing with him all night long.
Are y'all ready to do the nae nae?
