The Heat Is On: Gordon Ramsay Set To Open His First Restaurant In Malaysia

For years, a lot of Malaysian foodies have been wondering when will we ever get a chance to have a taste of world-renowned Michelin star chef Gordon Ramsay’s dishes.

Ramsay has set up shop in several neighbouring countries (read: Singapore) to date and now, he’s finally headed to our shores.

Malaysian fans will soon be treated to a gastronomical adventure as the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is set to open its doors in June 2021 at Sunway Resort, making it the first branch outside of Mayfair, London.

Among the dishes you can expect to drool at first sight soon are Ramsay’s signature dishes such as Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The restaurant located at the lobby level of Sunway Resort will feature iconic contemporary interiors, creating an inviting ambience; ﬂoor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the lagoon, and private dining rooms, setting the stage for intimate events.

What’s even more interesting is that guests staying in Sunway Resort’s specialist suites will be entitled to a daily breakfast at Ramsay’s restaurant, which will be included in their rate.

Due to the pandemic, it's almost impossible for the man himself to fly down to Malaysia for its opening but atleast you'll have an idea what's it like to eat something of his palette.
