Home to the first-ever water coaster in the region and one of the biggest wave pools in the world, this water park is set against the unique backdrop of a traditional Malaysian fishing village. There are more than 20 wet and dry rides here and make sure to check out the Penawar River, a long, looping lazy river that floats amid the lush greenery of riverbank and riverside fishing village scenes with four popular giant water slides - Wild Whirl, Super Twister, Riptide, and The Tempest.

7. Splash Out Langkawi (Kedah)
This water park is only 20 minutes from the airport and is spread across 12 acres. There are 12 exciting rides for thrills and spills such as the Perfect Storm, a 40-degree parabolic funnel-shaped ride on a raft and the Shipwreck Falls, where you’ll have a heart-stopping steep drop before ending up in a splash pool.

8. Sunway Lost World of Tambun (Perak)

The water park itself hosts an Awesome Pool Party with a DJ from Fridays to Sundays and also includes Malaysia’s longest man-made adventure river where you can drift away in a giant rubber tube.

9. Melaka Wonderland

Their Ice Cream Waterslide is one of the tallest, longest, and widest of its kind in Southeast Asia with a total length of 108m. Prepare to scream your lungs out!
