Many people will give up on their dreams after countless tries due to the lack of determination.

Ice Age’s iconic saber-toothed squirrel Scrat is definitely not one of them.

Scrat is loved around the world by many for being ever determined to get his hands on an acorn.

Fans of the film can attest how the rodent tirelessly chased after the acorn in the movie series, bowling people over with his strong-mindedness.

Well, the poor guy finally got to devour the acorn he was chasing, two decades later, reported Mashable SEA.

The report said Scrat’s lifelong dream to eat the acorn was made possible through a video that was released in conjunction with the closing of animation studio, Blue Sky Studios.

“In the final days of Blue Sky Studios, a small team of artists came together to do one final shot. This shot is a farewell, a send-off on our own terms,” read the caption of the video that was simply titled ‘The End’.

Blue Sky Studios brought us many childhood favourites including Rio, Epic, Ferdinand and Robots.

The Walt Disney Company acquired the studio as part of the acquisition of 21st Century Fox in 2019, but sadly, the studio was shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The good news is, Disney is set to continue producing content based on Ice Age characters.

We are so glad to know that!
