From March 3rd to 29th, 2025, diners can immerse themselves in a gourmet journey that celebrates the authenticity and diversity of traditional Malaysian flavours reimagined with a touch of sophistication.

Executive Sous Chef Raduan Ahmad, a seasoned maestro in traditional Malay and Asian cuisine, is leading this exquisite culinary experience. This year, Chef Raduan has curated a traditional feast that showcases his signature dishes, meticulously prepared using a harmonious blend of Malay and Arabic spices.

This specially curated buffet spread offers a plethora of local and international delicacies, each crafted to evoke fond memories of timeless flavours.

The Selangor Cuisine Corner, featuring iconic regional dishes such as Nasi Ambeng, Sambal Taun, Wadai Kipeng, and Bahulu Kemboja, is a highlight of the buffet.

Meanwhile, the "Kembara Cita Rasa Nusantara" buffet is a symphony of flavours, offering:

Seafood Extravaganza: Freshly poached tiger prawns, mussels, and flower crabs paired with zesty condiments.
Chef's Signature Corner: Slow-roasted lamb marinated with a medley of spices, served with rich, flavourful sauces.
Live Cooking Stations: Featuring crowd favourites such as Teppanyaki, Penang Char Kway Teow, and freshly grilled satay.
