LEGO Is Going Old School With Their New Nintendo Entertainment System Brick Set
Remember back in the day when we used to spend hours in front of TV playing video games using the classic Nintendo Entertainment System (or better known as NES)?
Those were the good days, right?
Well, you can now spend hours building the NES, thanks to LEGO!
The toy production company has just launched their latest brick set, one we are sure will bring you for a trip down memory lane: the buildable Nintendo Entertainment System!
One for all you gaming fans out there

Yup, that's right: you can build your very own, functional NES at home!

The new NES Building Kit will include a controller with a connecting cable and plug, as well as an opening slot for the Game Pak with a locking feature, just like the real deal.

The console comes with a buildable retro TV, featuring a flat 8-bit Mario figure on the scrolling screen.
Fans can scan an action-included brick with LEGO® Mario™ from the LEGO Super Mario Starter Course set (you can find out more here), so he reacts to on-screen enemies, obstacles and power-ups just as he would have in the iconic 'Super Mario Bros.' game.
Cool, kan?

The LEGO NES will be available exclusively from LEGO Certified Stores and LEGOLAND in Malaysia from 1 August.
You will also receive a a LEGO brick based boxed set as a gift with purchase (while stocks last, of course).
The LEGO NES set retails for RM949, so start saving up or getting permission from your S/O to buy the set.
